AuraDesk — an AI automation platform for private healthcare
Our own product: a platform that gives private clinics structured intake, automated follow-ups, and one dashboard for the work that used to live in phone calls.
AuraDesk began inside our own client work. Again and again, private clinics described the same shape of problem: patient enquiries arriving by phone and WhatsApp, appointments living in one tool, follow-ups living in nobody's tool, and no structured record of any of it.
The problem shape
- Enquiries arrived across channels with no shared queue or owner
- Follow-ups depended on individual staff memory
- Front-desk time was consumed by repetition rather than patients
- Leadership had no data on where enquiries were lost
What we built
AuraDesk is built as a product, not a one-off: structured intake that turns each enquiry into a record, AI-assisted triage and draft responses that staff confirm rather than compose, automated follow-up sequences with human checkpoints, and a dashboard that shows the pipeline of every open case.
Why it matters as a product
Because it is our own product, we run it through the same discipline we ask of clients: real users first, measured before and after, and scope cut aggressively. The automation handles the repetitive layer; the humans keep every judgement call. That split — software for repetition, people for judgement — is the design decision everything else follows.
