Every project starts with a discovery conversation, followed by a written proposal with a fixed scope, timeline, and price. That document — not this website — is the binding description of what will be built and what it costs.

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
• Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise invoices.
• Timelines on this site (like “2–6 weeks for a focused build”) are typical ranges, not commitments.

On final payment, clients own the source code, repositories, designs, and data produced for their engagement. We retain the right to reuse our general tooling, internal libraries, and know-how — the parts that aren’t specific to one client’s business.

Case studies on this site describe work we’ve done. We publish client names and details only where they are already public or the client has approved it; metrics require written approval, which is why our case studies describe the work rather than quote numbers.
