This site has no user accounts and no server-side database. The only data that ever reaches us is what you deliberately type into a form:

• Contact form — name, email, and (optionally) phone/WhatsApp, company, the service you’re interested in, budget, and your message. This is compiled into an email and sent to our inbox. It is not stored on the website’s servers beyond that email transit.
• Newsletter signup — your email address, used for exactly one thing: sending you our articles. No cadence promises, no sharing, unsubscribe by replying.

To stop spam, form submissions are rate-limited by IP address in memory on the server for a few minutes. That record is transient, never written to disk, and never used to identify anyone.

The website itself sets no tracking cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to: preferences are server-rendered, the theme is dark-only, and fonts are self-hosted at build time (no third-party font requests).

If analytics are enabled (see below), Google Analytics 4 is configured cookieless — with advertising personalisation signals disabled — so it measures pages and events without ad-tracking cookies.

When analytics are active, they respect browser privacy signals at the server, not just in the browser:

• If your browser sends Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC), our server responds with a policy that prevents the analytics script from being downloaded at all — and our event code drops every signal as a second layer.
• Analytics events are limited to aggregate interaction facts: that a search was opened, that a filter was used, that a form was submitted. Form content is never sent to analytics.

• Hosting — the site runs on Vercel, whose standard infrastructure logging applies.
• Email delivery — form submissions travel through our email provider (Resend or Gmail) to reach our inbox. Your message is visible to that provider in transit, as with any email.
• Social links — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp are plain links; we receive nothing from your visits to them.

Since submissions live in our mailbox rather than a database, the fastest way to exercise any right — a copy, a correction, or deletion of anything you sent us — is to email info@aurabex.tech and we’ll handle it directly.
